I’m a Certified Somatic Healing Practitioner, Therapeutic Coach, Exercise Physiologist, ICF-Accredited Positive Psychology Coach, Somatic Stress Release™ Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist. I spent a decade in cardiac rehabilitation helping people manage their health physically and emotionally, and the last 20+ years helping people come back to life when their body, mind and spirit felt lost and misaligned.
But the credentials only tell half the story.
The real training happened in the trenches of my own life:
