Yoga, Acupuncture and Sound Workshop

Join us for an evening of sound healing, acupuncture + yoga. We will start off with movement and then slowing down to receive the healing tones of the sound bath while the acupuncture needles do their work to support overall balance within the body.

30min Gentle Heart Openers

This mindful, floor-based practice focuses on opening the heart space and releasing tension held in the chest. Gentle twists and restorative postures support the upper body while strengthening and balancing the postural muscles. The result is a calming, centering experience that leaves you feeling open, balanced, and deeply restored. Suitable for all levels.

30min Heart Centered Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided, systematic relaxation practice that leads you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. In this quiet and receptive state, the mind becomes more open to releasing stress and gently shifting internal belief patterns. The practice is done lying comfortably on the floor in complete rest, as you are guided through a full-body meditation designed to restore balance and calm the nervous system.

10min Rest & Restore Meditation

A gentle, grounding meditation designed for moments when you need to slow down and reconnect. We begin with a calming breathing practice to settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by a guided meditation that helps reduce stress and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and presence.

7 min Deep Belly Breath

This simple yet powerful breath practice helps slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, and quiet the mind, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to support rest and restoration. Suitable for all levels, this breathing pattern creates a sense of spaciousness, calm, and inner balance.
