Here you will find mindful, somatic-based practices that emphasize proper alignment, slow and intentional movement, and deep listening to the needs of your body, mind, and heart.
My approach intentionally integrates a range of supportive techniques, including yoga philosophy, somatic practices, polyvagal-informed tools, nervous system regulation, anatomy and alignment principles, and exercise physiology.
Through slower, mindful movement, these practices help reconnect the mind and body, creating space for restoration, inner alignment, and self-awareness. The focus is on cultivating presence and attunement, allowing you to meet yourself exactly where you are while supporting your overall well-being.

This live, integrative online experience blends somatic movement, emotional processing, breathwork, mindfulness, yoga, and meditation. Each session is designed to help release stored stress, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a grounded sense of presence.
We begin with gentle, conscious movement and breath, and close each session with a deeply restorative guided meditation.

This mindful, floor-based practice focuses on opening the heart space and releasing tension held in the chest. Gentle twists and restorative postures support the upper body while strengthening and balancing the postural muscles. The result is a calming, centering experience that leaves you feeling open, balanced, and deeply restored. Suitable for all levels.
30min Heart Centered Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided, systematic relaxation practice that leads you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. In this quiet and receptive state, the mind becomes more open to releasing stress and gently shifting internal belief patterns. The practice is done lying comfortably on the floor in complete rest, as you are guided through a full-body meditation designed to restore balance and calm the nervous system.
10min Rest & Restore Meditation
A gentle, grounding meditation designed for moments when you need to slow down and reconnect. We begin with a calming breathing practice to settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by a guided meditation that helps reduce stress and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and presence.
7 min Deep Belly Breath
This simple yet powerful breath practice helps slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, and quiet the mind, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to support rest and restoration. Suitable for all levels, this breathing pattern creates a sense of spaciousness, calm, and inner balance.
