'Embodied Resilience' Somatic Stress Release work is a powerful holistic system that focuses on enhancing body-mind awareness and maximizing the body's capacity to complete biological stress responses through various supportive tools and techniques.
Throughout this program, you will learn to restore and optimize your innate ability to adapt and confidently navigate challenges that arise in life. Within our time together, you will deepen your capacity to be in relationship with life and stress -
to experience more happiness, health and ease.

Hi I’m Erin

I’m deeply passionate about empowering adults who feel stressed, anxious, or disconnected to develop the skills needed to release stress and live with greater ease, clarity, and happiness. My work integrates embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, and positive psychology to support meaningful and lasting change.
 

I believe that each person requires a personalized approach to life, health, and well-being. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore the deeper work your body and inner self are calling for—learning how to navigate life’s challenges while managing stress with greater confidence and awareness.

This is where my coaching comes in. My approach focuses on Somatic Integrative Wellness, supporting the whole person—mind, emotions, body, and spirit. Through a range of supportive tools and practices, with an emphasis on somatic bodywork, positive psychology, and nervous system regulation, we will work together to identify and shift patterns that may feel stuck. The goal is to strengthen your inner resilience and support you in achieving your goals in a holistic, compassionate way.

In this program you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of stress, what it really means, and how it affects us

  • Learn how to identify triggers for distress & your stress signals

  • Cultivate your inner resources to enhance your resilience

  • Learn embodied mindfulness and stress management techniques

  • Engage in movement practices including embodiment, yoga, authentic movement and others to release trapped or stored energy

  • Experience guided meditations, nervous system tools, and breath practices to build resilience and regulate your nervous system

  • Stop burnout and rebuild depleted biological resources

  • Take control of your relationship with stress, to live a life of greater well-being

  • Have the opportunity to be guided, to share, and to receive what you need in a small, safe, supportive group setting

  • Learn and also experience the practices through live or online sessions – built to suit a variety of learning styles

  • Experience Restorative Practices – such as guided meditations, visualization, cellular breathing, yoga Nidra, ball work, etc.

How does 'Embodied Resilience - Somatic Stress Release' program work?

  • Join a small, intimate group of adults committed to personal growth and well-being

  • Meet weekly for 1 hour and 45 minutes, either online or in person—whichever suits you best

  • Explore a new, relevant topic each week, with resources provided to deepen your learning between sessions

  • Progress through practical strategies designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease

  • Experience somatic, emotional, and cognitive practices that support stress release and nervous system regulation

  • Strengthen your inner resilience and expand your capacity to show up in life with clarity, empowerment, and well-being

  • Attend sessions as you choose and participate at a level that feels comfortable for you

  • A safe and supportive space where you are welcome to come exactly as you are, and receive what you need

Intro session: Foundations of somatic stress release & cultivating awareness

  • Foundations & Connection
    Establish group agreements, build safety and trust within the group, and begin sharing personal experiences with stress.

  • Somatic Stress Management
    Explore the Head–Heart–Body–Being framework and understand stress through a somatic lens, including how the body responds and the role of awareness in managing it.

  • Awareness & Practical Exercises
    Develop greater awareness of how stress shows up in your body and mind, while practicing simple exercises and reflecting on your responses to daily stressors throughout the week.

Bi-weekly 1 hour 45 min Group Sessions
+ Bi-weekly Somatic Yoga + Group Coaching
+ 1-1 Coaching Session

Experiential GROUP class - IN PERSON OR ONLINE - (LIVE - not recorded for privacy)

  • 90 mins includes:

  • We begin with an arrival exercise, then dig into the weekly topic, followed by a meaningful practice to experience the work

  • Experience meaningful group discussions to unpack the content and connect as a group

  • PLUS - Receive a personalzied 1-1 Somatic Therapeutic Coaching Session - to deepen your healing

 

'RELEASE & RESTORE' SOMATIC YOGA CLASS - (live and recorded)

  • 60-75 mins includes:

  • 60min - Somatic yoga class - Experience a blend of yoga asana, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, breath work, and meditation - where mind/body converge - to regulate your nervous system with a variety of tools

  • 15min - (Optional) group discussion offered after class to unpack the experience and connect as a group (not-recorded)

  • (*No participant interaction for 60min class - for recording and individual privacy purposes)
