Welcome back. I’m so glad you’re here! This movement follow-up is part of the Women, Weight and Well-Being Study. This session is time for us to review your exercise plan and adjust or modify anything you have questions about or simply to progress your current plan. Since we only have 15-minutes come with your movement goals and specific questions in mind. I'm looking forward to connecting.
