Welcome. I'm so glad you're here! Within our session we will dive into the aspects that will most support YOU to break old patterns and access your regulated, whole and aligned self. Have a comfortable, safe space to move in, and any props you may like to use. I'm looking forward to our time together! Erin x
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled only at the Coach’s discretion. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable. Once processed, no refunds will be issued, including if you change your mind, are unable to complete the program, or do not see the results you hoped for. I deeply appreciate your trust and am committed to supporting you fully once we begin. Confidentiality All information shared (in sessions, messages, email, or other correspondence) will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and common law, except as required or permitted by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm to self or others, etc). Neither party will share details with outside parties without your explicit consent, except where legally mandated.
